FAQs

How long does the process take?
This will depend on your project, however in general I request 8-12 weeks for custom design. Shop designs are much quicker and require 3-6 weeks. Rush jobs can be accommodated at an additional cost.

What printing methods do you offer?
At the moment designs are digitally printed. We are looking to offer other printing methods of printing in the future.

What types of payment do you accept?
Cash, Cheque or BACS. For all invitation projects, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit up front, the second 50% before printing.

Do you have a minimum order
Our price guide is based upon a minimum order of 50 invitations. We can offer a personalised quotation for smaller quantities if required. Please contact us with your enquiry.

How many invitations should I order?
You will not need an invitation for every guest, just one per couple or family. Many people forget about this! I would suggest ordering 20 extra for those extra guests you wish to invite as the big day draws closer. It’s also good to have a few spare in case of any mistakes or accidents.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
As your order is customised for you and your event, all orders are final. Refunds will not be granted for colour differences between online proofs and the printed product, or grammatical/spelling errors.

When should I post my invitations?
Traditional wedding etiquette suggests that wedding invitations be sent out 6-8 weeks before your wedding. However I would recommend three months before to give you plenty of time for your guests to respond and make any necessary travel arrangements. Save the Date cards are often sent out between 6-12 months before the wedding.
We recommend you allow around 8-12 weeks from receipt of your initial deposit to receiving your final printed stationery. This might seem like a long time and frequently it will not take as long as this. However it is best to give yourself plenty of time for the proofing process so that you can make sure your design is right without feeling under time pressure. Wedding planning can be stressful enough.

How much will postage cost?
Postage prices will vary depending on the weight of your order and your location. We do not make any profit from postage and packing, so I will give you an accurate quotation for posting. UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail. We can also provide costs for shipping worldwide .

Can you help me with my wording?
Of course, during our consultation we discuss wording and we are happy to offer suggestions.
